How to Request a Return

Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Partially used products are accepted — we understand you need to try it to know
- We do not accept returns requested after 30 days unless the item is faulty
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's issued.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, return your item for a refund and place a new order.
